- 1. Upon receiving the customer's order and confirmed drawings, sales, engineering, and production Dep. will conduct an order review, analyze production processes, emphasize customer requirements, highlight production precautions, and avoid production risks.
- 2. All raw materials and accessories must meet quality requirements before being put into the production line.
- 3. During the production process, our quality inspectors will inspect every process and make records.
- 4. Upon product completion, 100% inspection is carried out, ensuring that every exported frame is a qualified product.
After-sales Service
We ensure the quality inspection and production tracking of the whole production process.
Customer after-sales issues: For some special structural issues, inform consumers of the correct usage method through instruction manuals; for some special accessories, provide an additional 3% of after-sales parts for consumers to repair or replace at the store.

Stringent quality control solves production problems early and on time, improves product quality, and controls the production cycle.
Acetate frames always happen with deformation & wrong adjustment issues after the customer receives them. To avoid these, the acetate material will be shrunk enough; Then the well-adjusted structures will be put in a cold room fixed shape.
Solve allergy problems: we use nickel-free electroplating and vacuum electroplating as much as possible to avoid any skin-related issues for the end consumer.
