Pre-Production quality check
All raw materials, parts, and machinery undergo strict quality checks before being produced. Production tracking and quality control are imperative in the entire production process.
During Production
Our dedicated quality inspectors will strictly inspect every process of the production, including semi-finished products’ winding, welding, racking, polishing, grinding, electroplating, racking, and final packaging to ensure strict reference to production drawings and customer requirements.
Post-Production quality checks
The finished products undergo stringent quality checks in our Independent Laboratory Test Center of Chuangyu as per ISO 12870 standards to ensure that every pair of glasses exported is a qualified product.
